A spiritual weekend to be inspired, balance your energies, rest, learn new tools to work with your mind and a weekend to create a fresh start in us.
The theme for this weekend is the 5 elements and how we can bring balance to our body/mind and how we can deepend our conection with the earth and the building block of life (the 5 elements).
Over the weekend we will work with different aspect of yoga. A good mix of physical yoga (asana), pranayamas (breathing techniques), meditations, mantra chanting and dharma talks (philosophical discussions), and more. We will explore different ways to connect with the 5 elements and we will participate in a clasical Vedic fire ceremoni, a powerfull, balancing and uplifting experince with a special guess Karunamayi.
